• Name Confirmation – We will make sure the name on your ticket matches the passport you carry. While this seems simple, many travel plans have been thrown off-track by misspelled names.
• Travel Itinerary – If a more convenient itinerary is available – with fewer transits or via a shorter route at the same price, we will advise you of this option and let you choose if you would like to take it.
• Transit – If transit times can be decreased, we will provide this option. We will also make sure you know of any special requirements of transiting through different cities. For example, transits through London or Hong Kong with a Nepali passport can be quite tricky, and you can even be denied boarding if you do not meet the visa requirements. We will make sure you know of these details that could pop up as problems.
• Travel Details – We will advise you on any baggage allowance discrepancies between the different airlines on your itinerary. We will also put in meals and seat requests, as well as requests for people with special needs or children.
• COVID-19 – The ever-changing requirements around COVID-19 can be really confusing. We will update you on the latest requirements, so you can get ready, and travel with peace of mind.
